If you're fascinated by alien abduction stories, alien abduction pics, and alien abduction art, then you need to know about Toronto's Alien Abduction Festival. If you missed it in the news, it was held this past week in Toronto, Canada. However, if you're a died-in-the-wool believer in alien abduction stories, then you might as well skip this blog, because you might get offended the way some people are when their passionately-held spiritual beliefs get mocked. That's because the Toronto Festival is taking a very light-hearted view of alien abduction stories, alien abduction reports, alien abduction pics and all the rest. For instance, the Toronto Festival included a workshop on tin foil hat construction staged at a local comic book store, there was a seminar on alien birthing, a spaceship factory, and other alien abduction-oriented events. As a diehard science fiction fan from wayback, I love stuff like this, and wish I'd been able to attend. I'd like to believe that alien abduction stories are true, but none of them, except for the Betty and Barney Hill story have ever held much credibility to me, even Whitney Streiber's story in his book Communion. For me, alien abduction stories are just fantasies because there hasn't been sufficient empirical proof to substantiate them yet.
